<Job Responsibilities>
- Determine sales targets & market share targets
- Create marketing strategies and ensure the execution of strategies to increase product sales
- Develop marketing intelligence through in-depth hearings with customers
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets through existing customers and developing new customers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Marketing management
・Have a minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing and at least 5 year in Managerial level in machinery
・Experienced in dealing with dealers & distributors
・Mastering skill in marketing strategic plan and marketing mix
・Good understanding in wholesale sales
・Have good communication and interpersonal skills
・Have good leadership skill and strong in analytical thinking and creatively to create programs
・Business level skill in English for both oral and written (min TOEIC score 500)
・Willing to work in Semarang
