・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
・Have WPPE/AAJI certification.
・Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or insurance sales in Bank.
・Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and achieving sales targets.
・Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and insurance solutions.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
・Ability to analyze financial data and develop customized solutions.
