- Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies
- Coordinates the operations, ensure schedules and objectives are met
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Monitoring operation cost, budget and resources
- Communicate with clients (Distributor and customer) also evaluate their need and specification
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data
- Drive recruitment process, training and development
- Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.

- Membantu manajer dalam mengorganisir, merencanakan, dan mengimplementasikan strategi
- Mengkoordinasikan operasi, memastikan jadwal dan tujuan terpenuhi
- Mengawasi dan memotivasi staf
- Memantau biaya operasi, anggaran dan sumber daya
- Berkomunikasi dengan klien (Distributor dan pelanggan) serta mengevaluasi kebutuhan dan spesifikasi mereka
- Membuat laporan, menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan data
- Mendorong proses rekrutmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan pedoman perusahaan.
