Position: HR Manager
Report to: Operational Manager (Japanese)
Work Location: Delta Silicon, Cikarang
Responsibilities:
・Managing not only Cikarang but also other 6 factory in Indonesia.
・Deciding placement for each people who is working in all factories in Indonesia. [Some factory to other factory]
・Administer labor relations policies and agreements.
・Develop and implement documentation and reporting for director of labor relations. [Report to Labor Union Director in Tangerang only for the matter of labor relation/union.]
・Business Trip to all 5 factories. [Tangerang, Cikarang, Subang, Semarang, Mojokerto]
・Checking lowest wages due to different standard of each area.
・Assessment regulation & system.
Requirements:
・7 years working experience in Japanese manufacture company
・Can do frequent business travel
・Business Level of English
・Knowledge of Labor Union
・Able to multitask job
・Having a capacity to manage all factories.
Desirable Experience:
- More than 8 years of experience as HR related role in Japanese Automotive Manufacture company (5 years of managerial level)
Desirable Character:
・Polite but firm at the same time.
・Understand well about Japanese company culture.
・Able to handle high workload & finish assignment within timeframe.
・Resourceful
・ Energetic
・ Sociable to local and Japanese person
