Work details
♦Product Planning of Ready-to-Eat Foods, particularly frozen foods, based on the customer’s needs
♦To understand the customer’s needs, doing market research. Doing quantitative and qualitative research (incl. field research), competitor research, and other countries case research to find the market opportunity.
♦Doing research on ourselves to find our strength in R&D and Production.
♦Based on the customer’s needs, doing Product Planning, which means, Product Concept Establishment (Target Customer, Needs, Benefits, Product Features, and Pricing) and its market opportunity.
♦Based on approved Product Planning, proceeding with a project to realize the product, involving relevant departments such as R&D, Production Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Costing, Quality Control, and Marketing). Not only until launching, need to do follow up post-launching
♦Other related tasks as assigned
♦Perencanaan Produk Makanan Siap Saji, terutama makanan beku, berdasarkan kebutuhan pelanggan
♦Untuk memahami kebutuhan pelanggan, melakukan riset pasar. Melakukan riset kuantitatif dan kualitatif (termasuk riset lapangan), riset pesaing, dan riset kasus negara lain untuk menemukan peluang pasar.
♦Melakukan penelitian pada diri kita sendiri untuk menemukan kekuatan kita dalam R&D dan Produksi.
♦Berdasarkan kebutuhan pelanggan, melakukan Perencanaan Produk, yang berarti, Pembentukan Konsep Produk (Target Pelanggan, Kebutuhan, Manfaat, Fitur Produk, dan Harga) dan peluang pasarnya.
♦Berdasarkan Perencanaan Produk yang telah disetujui, dilanjutkan dengan proyek untuk merealisasikan produk tersebut, yang melibatkan departemen terkait seperti R&D, Production Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Costing, Quality Control, dan Marketing.) Tidak hanya sampai peluncuran, perlu melakukan tindak lanjut pasca peluncuran

•Experience in Product Planning/Product Development/Brand Development or other similar jobs in Food Manufacturer, particularly frozen foods for 1-2 years
•Market Research skills
•Communication skills, Logical thinking skills, Passion for foods and customer satisfaction, and Tenacity.
•S1 or above
-Pengalaman dalam Perencanaan Produk/Pengembangan Produk/Pengembangan Merek atau pekerjaan serupa lainnya di Produsen Makanan, khususnya makanan beku selama 1-2 tahun
-Keterampilan Riset Pasar
