Specific Objective:
• Responsible for the company all tax issues include tax audit, VAT-refund, Transfer Pricing (TP) to comply with Indonesia updated Tax Regulation
• Make the strategic plan to achieve minimize Tax Audit exposures include arrange Tax Consultant Support (if needed)
• Setting Targets to achieve Tax Reporting, Audit and Reconcile
• Achieve minimum exposure for TAX AUDIT especially in VAT refund with less than 3% correction.
Job Description:
• Record
1. Support Accounting department to achieve 5th Working days Prepare the Final Financial Statements related to Tax account in Accounting Book.
2. Responsible to assure the accuracy of Tax entries and comply with Indonesia Accounting standard and Updated Tax regulations including analyze monthly Entries, check & identify the unusual transactions.
3. Calculate all the tax payments and get approval before the tax payment due date.
4. Achieve N+1 Scheme for Filling Tax Documents include Scan Copies
• Reconcile
1. Responsible for the regular Monthly & Annual Reconcile to support for regular and specific Tax Audit purposes and Financial Audit by KPMG
2. Support Accounting Section during the KPMG Audit, Custom Audit
• Report
1. Responsible the company Monthly and Annually Tax report (CIT, VAT, WHT, others)
2.Timely submission of Tax report (monthly & annual return)
• People
1. Internal Training for Tax Section and All Employees related to Updated Indonesia Tax Regulation.
2. Enrich skills Tax Section team’s related to new regulation

- Minimum 3 years Experience as Tax Manager in Trading company.
- understanding about Tax matter in Trading company.
- Minimum Graduate of Bachelor Degree (Sarjana S1)
