[Job Description]
- Perform standard corporate accounting practices including the tax administration and provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
- Daily book keeping and petty cash control
- Credit/debt control and financial transaction practices
- Cash flow projection and recommendation of financial actions
- Preparation of a monthly and a yearly accounting report
- Tax administration including the tax return.
- Reconciliation of financial and taxation discrepancies
- Maintenance of the accounting and taxation procedures with professional andtechnical knowledge
- Supporting sales team activities
- Other assignments ordered/instructed time to time by the management
[Skill and Experience]
・At least more than 4 years of experience as the job description above
・Experiences in MYOB operation
・Good command in oral and writing English and/or Japanese
・Time management disciplined and self-motivated personnel
・PC skills-operative for various soft wares under MS Office Professional
