Job Description :
The role is to plan and to execute the services for guests/tourists from Indonesia
Company will open a new hotel in 2016, March, mainly for guests from ASEAN.
Actual duties will be as below (partial and not limited to;)
1) Before the hotel opening;
- Plan and design the tour packages for Indonesian tourists
- Marketing and business partnership negotiation to the local travel agencies and vendors
- Conduct the actual tours in Japan
2) After the hotel opening;
- Conduct the actual tours in Japan
- Redesign and improvement of the tour packages by monitoring the customer satisfaction
In all of the business activities, expected to bridge the communication between Indonesian guests/tourists and Japanese staffs.
Requirements :
-Have experience in living in Japan
(e.g. Working, training, or studyiing)
-Japanese language ability to communicate with Japanese staffs
(JLPT 2 or above *Certificate itself is not necessary)
Preferable Requirement :
Knowing about Japanese hospitality culture.
Strong in planning and improving things
