Work details
♦Strategic Procurement Management:
-Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals.
-Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
♦Logistics and Supply Chain Oversight:
-Manage all vendors supply chain in management of goods and service in -Operation and Maintenance Phase following all company regulation, procedure and local content regulation effectively and efficiently
♦IT Management:
-Lead IT activities, including hardware, software, and services, oversee the management and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
♦Team Leadership:
-Provide leadership and direction to the procurement, logistics, and IT teams, foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
♦Budget Management:
-Develop and manage budgets for procurement, logistics, and IT functions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure optimal resource allocation.
♦Contract Management:
-Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with suppliers and service providers.
-Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
♦Risk Management:
-Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement, logistics, and IT operations.
-Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's interests.
♦Policy & Management System:
-Manage and ensure the implementation of functional policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas of function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner
♦Compliance:
-Manage and comply of all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the finance, accounting and tax function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
♦Other related tasks as assigned
•Min Bachelor / master’s degree related to Business Management / Industrial Engineering from well-known university
•Having experience minimum 20 years relevant experience in Procurement of Operation and Maintenance Phase, Power Plant including at least 10 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
•Have good experience in procurement of goods & services in Operation and Maintenance Phase of power plant 10 years (for minimum 600 MW)
•Have experience as Procurement Senior Manager in power plant around 5 years (for minimum 600 MW)
•Have experience in import-export and supply chain management.
