Work details
- Follow up on PO and Forecast from customers
- Inform delivery schedule including the details of the goods to customers
- Update information when there is a changing delivery order as well as delivery schedule to related department
- Maintain and visit customers periodically including where there are feedback from customers related to the products
- Other related tasks as assigned
