Work details
*Mainly handle Import export CS work for Chinese customer
-Help manage current customer accounts.
-Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
-Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
-Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
-Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
-Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
-Handle EXIM work
-Other related tasks as assigned

-Membantu mengelola akun pelanggan saat ini.
-Menangani panggilan telepon masuk dan keluar dengan volume tinggi.
-Menjaga hubungan dengan operator dan pelanggan.
-Memberikan layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa kepada pelanggan dan operator.
-Menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan dan operator dan membantu menyelesaikan masalah.
-Memberikan penawaran pengiriman untuk pelanggan dan mengatur pengiriman sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan.
-Menangani pekerjaan EXIM
-Tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskan
-Forwarding experience ( Import export + CS)
-Business level Mandarin and English
-Person can stay in Semarang
