- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve sales goals.
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

・Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
・At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the building materials industry.
・Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
・Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
