Work details
- Call and follow up customers based on quotation
- Response to Inbound call/email from customers
- Responsible in getting customer's information, inquiries and incoming projects
- Increase customer satisfaction by resolving issues and problems
- Product promotion to related customers

- Maintain customer's relationship

・Diploma in Management/PR
・Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing/Tele-marketing field
・Knowledge in PO process flow
・Basic knowledge in mechanical or electrical products
・Medium to high skills in Microsoft Office (excel and word)
