- Review and manage contracts, agreements, and licensing
- Handle legal issues and regulatory compliance
- Support office operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage external legal and regulatory relationships
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop HR policies and manage performance evaluations
- Other related duties as assigned

- Min. bachelor's degree in any major (preferably from Law)
- Proficient in business-level English
- Min. 3 years of experience working handling Legal Affairs within Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics companies, with a current position as a Senior Staff member
- Experience working in a Japanese company
