<Job Responsibilities>
- Organize and ensure the smooth operation of routine Human Resources and General Affair activities
- Organize and supervise daily HR and GA activities to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Propose, implement and maintain HR and GA policies, procedures, and systems
- Oversee employee recruitment, training, and development programs
- Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, compensation, and benefits
- Handle general administrations tasks, such as office management and facilities maintenance
- Evaluate and improve team performance to achieve the set target
- Plan strategic activities related to HR and GA, and propose to management for approval to achieve the set targets and to solve current and anticipated future problems, in accordance with applicable government regulations
- Ensure that the company operations always comply with applicable government regulations
- Maintain good relationships with relevant government agencies, officer & administrator, and other companies within the area
- Communicate effectively with the heads of other departments in the company to ensure the smooth operation of cross-departmental teams
- Act as Management Representative to attend various matters
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial and organizational psychology
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 6 years of experience as HR in manufacturing company, with at least 3 years of experience as HRGA Manager (all scopes: compensation benefit, training development, administration, general affairs, etc.), experienced in coordinating and communicating with government
・Proven achievements as HRGA manager in setting up or improving internal systems, strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
・Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, good leadership, able to lead and develop the organization
