<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the accounting team, supervise and improve the team
- Make sure and check financial reports and journals
- Handle and manage cost accounting, expense management, and cost analysis
- Calculate the company's costs, including management expenses, production costs, etc., record all expenditures in detail, analyze costs, identify problems and propose solutions
- Regularly prepare cost analysis reports, and provide relevant information and suggestions on costs and expenses based on the results of cost accounting and analysis, provide the base for the company's management decisions
- Allocate expenses at the end of each month, check with production and sales departments on work-in-progress and finished products in a timely manner, and prepare reports on the reasons for differences to ensure that the company's cost allocation and expense accounting are accurate
- Accounting and control of the company's costs, and determine the cost budget and expected profit based on the company's operating conditions.
- Assist various departments in cost economic accounting, and decompose and issue cost, expense, and planning indicators
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting
・Business English proficiency or Business Mandarin proficiency
・Min. 6 years of experience in manufacturing handling Accounting, Finance, Tax including Cost Accounting, with at least 3 years in Managerial level, managing a team
・Able to use Accounting Software (Accurate, SAP or similar)
・Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
