<Job Responsibilities>
Legal :
-Taking care of client contract (review, provide feedback) and vendor contract
-Ensure all permit and licenses up to date and comply with applicable laws and regulations
-Collect, manage, analyze and coordination related permit license database
-Handling and learning about data privacy matters.
-Researching legal issues and new regulations
-Assist in developing and implementing company policies to ensure legal compliance
-Apply risk identification and management control of legal issues and/or regulation
-All tasks related to Legal
Admin :
-Maintenance of Company Assets
-Maintenance Driver Operational and Permit to used from Employee
-Maintenance Employee Business Trip and Reimbursement
-Handling Expatriate Permit and Coordinate
-All tasks related to GA
-Updating Company Regulations (if any)
-Maintenance Employee attendance, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and Personal
-All related tasks to HR administration
Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Business English skill
-Bachelor degree in Law
-Having experiences in Legal and Compliance in Japanese company
-Having knowledge in permit and licenses and OSS system
-Excellent attention to details and analytical skills
-Possess good time management skill to meet tight deadlines
-Has a good negotiation skill and good relation with government
-Willing to work other back office tasks (like GA)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
-Having knowledge of finance and tax
-Work experience or having knowledge of accounting (Full set)
