Human Resources
1. Prepare-review-revise documents and maintain information regarding;
2. Assist the HR&GA Manager;
3. Implement HR workflow processes, rules and regulations.
4. Recruitments;
5. Employee administration;
6. Liaise with PIC of government regarding employee in Manpower Ministrial, BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan and other institutions related.
7. To perform other duties as assigned by HR&GA Manager and BODs.
8. Manage administrative, clerical, and archival tasks.
9. Create and implement the rule and workflow of procurement of office appliance including stationery, furniture or IT devices.
10. Management of security and order, property protection, and workplace sanitation
11. Manage insurance policies to ensure minimizing costs while achieving an appropriate level of cover, including arranging insurance policy and claim.
12. Provide and maintain the availability general office supplies, including stationeries, cleaning supplies, refreshments, operational transportation, etc.
13. To perform other duties as assigned by the HRGA Manager and Director of Finance and Administration.
・Working experience as HRGA Manager in MNC or Japanese company
・Understanding of labor law and making HR policy & systems(Such as Job classification system, salary system, evaluation system, etc.)
・Have will to support other branch in West Java *Sometime required to visit other branch.
・Business level of English
