Work details
- Interpret and translate meetings between the local team and Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accurate minutes (MOM)
- Translate documents and reports from the Corporate Planning Department and support the reporting process to Japan HQ
- Handle email correspondence by translating and managing communication between the local office and Japanese counterparts
- Assist with ad-hoc translation and interpretation tasks as needed, including providing language support for various departments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1) and English
- At least 2 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter in the financial services, leasing, or banking industry, with knowledge of financial terminology
