QC/MR Staff - Trading - Cikarang

- Quick response to customer for temporary actions, announcement to the supplier (NG report, arrangement sorting)
- Collaborate and communicate with customers and makers to identify the cause (flow-out, occurrence) and determine the actions
- Handle customer survey requests, suppliers process change request
- Monitor the consistent quality of the goods
- Work together both with Customer/Makers to get approvals for cases such as 4M Change, New Projects
- Arrange documents and evidence, explain to auditor
- Conduct corrective actions -Ensure the documents and actual activities are in line with the Headquarters' Manuals and ISO
requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)
- Monitoring nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions
- Periodic review on company's Procedures and Work Instructions
- Other tasks as assigned

- Respon cepat kepada pelanggan untuk tindakan sementara, pengumuman kepada pemasok (laporan NG, penyortiran pengaturan)
- Berkolaborasi dan berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan pembuat untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab (aliran keluar, kejadian) dan menentukan tindakan
- Menangani permintaan survei pelanggan, pemasok memproses permintaan perubahan
- Memantau kualitas barang yang konsisten
- Bekerja sama dengan Pelanggan / Pembuat untuk mendapatkan persetujuan untuk kasus-kasus seperti Perubahan 4M, Proyek Baru
- Mengatur dokumen dan bukti, menjelaskan kepada auditor
- Melakukan tindakan perbaikan -Memastikan dokumen dan kegiatan aktual sesuai dengan Manual Kantor Pusat dan
Persyaratan ISO (ISO 9001 dan ISO 14001)
- Memantau ketidaksesuaian, tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan
- Meninjau ulang Prosedur dan Instruksi Kerja perusahaan secara berkala
- Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan

・Bachelor degree form Industrial automotive, electronic/ electrical line
・Min 2 years experience as QC/ Management representative in trading or electrical (automotive)
・ Human Skills: Responsibility, Good communication, Proactiveness, Fast Response, Motivation to
Study products and mechanism (Not necessary for the special engineering knowledge)

・Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai perwakilan QC / Manajemen di bidang perdagangan atau kelistrikan (otomotif)
