Work details
Responsibilities:
1. Handle booking hotel, golf, air flight, etc.
2. Assisting President Director and Japanese Expatriates in work or living problems.
3. Assisting in translating or interpreting
4. Assisting finance, logistic, sales department for documentation and administration.
Requirements:
'- Male / Female (Female is preferred)
- Have a minimum of D3 degree in any discipline
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Good Japanese skill / Min N3 Level ( Verbal & Written)
- Good English skill or at least conversational level (Verbal & Written)
- Able to make report using MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
Desirable Experience:
'- Have experiences as GA staff at Japanese company
Desirable Character:
- Passionate, outgoing, strong personality, good in administration, communicative
