Engineering Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

<Resposibilities>
・Managing all of department's activity and 2 team leader in this department. [Discussing velbally about progress and requestion with order sheet.]

・Discussing about handover from night shift actibity to day shift activity with 4 people including Japanese direct report. [Vice Versa]

・Shering some information, making mold specification, packing document, client confirmation when taking over from team1 to team2.

・trouble shooting with molding processing

・Managing supplyer

・Managing over time working 

・Making checking list for each job responsibilities.



<Requirements>

・Having technical skills in this division.

・2nd proseccing knowledge as like paint application, evaporation coating, extrusion and so on.

・Ability to speak business level English



<Desirable Experiences>

・Working experience in Japanese company and automotive parts company

・Working experience in Production Technology Department above 7 years



<Desirable Character>

Detail, active, high initiative and able to work under pressure
