- Making journal entries and issuing invoices
- Reconciling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Ensuring timely bank payments
- Preparing tax payments and returns
- Estimating, tracking, and completing regular tax reports
- Inputting tax data
- Organizing and updating the company's tax database
- Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation
- Min. conversational level English
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting, & Tax personnel in any industry
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Accurate, Festa/SAP, Diva
- Knowledgeable in accounting, bookkeeping, and invoicing
- Proficient in Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
- Has strong analytical skills and numeracy skills, good time management
