Responsibilities
1. Planning:
- Creating accurate forecast and sales target
- Setting up, monitoring and evaluating the sales campaign
- Planning and implementing a specific sales target
- Long range and annual plans
- Setting up yearly budget plans
- Preparing HIRA and planning to do handling significant risk
2. Organize
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team
- Taking care of the internal share in OES and OEM customers
- Maximizing business relationships
- Responsible for managing the sales team
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Manage & analyzing objective, target & program/OTP, environment & quality objective
- Able to manage the important work environment
3. Implementing:
- Recognizing the SWOT analysis
- Concerning on the interpersonal with customers and internal team
- Building a good relationship with customers and internal team
- By regular basis have an intelligence market update
- Implementing ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and 14001
- Applying system of Management occupational Health & Safety (K3) that is specified by the company
- Performing handling hazardous material (B3) or waste of hazardous (B3) & Nonhazardous (B3) related with working area
4. Monitoring
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team
- Evaluating the sales performance of the existing customers
- Ensuring to meet the sales target and sales performance
- By regurlar basis monitor the market (competitors) price movement
- Monitoring and educating occupational HSE (k3) to employee's safety
- Monitoring & evaluating of subordinates
5. Development of Human Capital
- Providing feedback on the result of performance of subordinates
- Providing motivation and development to increase productivity
- Providing training and development program to increase competency of subordinates
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 7 years of working experiences in related field, especially as a Manager who is specialized in Manufacturing or Automotive
- Demosntrated strong establishment and maintain account services through sales achievment in the scope of OES and OEM
- Demonstrated strong relationship maintenance with distributor partner all area
- Provide strong idea for product development and new sales coverage expansion
- Provide establishment of sales projection and forecasting based on the cars and mortorcycle sales total movement
- Monitoring competitor's campaign and or slaes scheme (sales update) in the scope of competitive intelligence
- Provide as much as possible the fulfilment of sales demand, while stimulate the new sales development in the market
- Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
- fluent in English for both oral and written
