Job Description
Resposibilities
• Do research on market situation from articles, information from the field, etc
• Telephone research with target market analyze
• Responsible to checking government regulation data and updated
• Assist Manager to conduct business activities and track the problems till closed
• Responsible for checking agreement document in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any field
• 2 year working experience as marketing, preferably experience in Property
• Good knowledge in project management, or admin management
• Analytical skills in preparing reports
• Good personality, quick learner, proactive, able to work under pressure, self motivated, attention to detail and result oriented
• Must be able to manage time and commit to deadline
• Good communication skill and pleasant personality
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, excellent skill in Excel
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Willing to visit Industrial Area
