Job Description
• Identifying and assessing current and future training needs
• Drawing an overall or individualized training & development plan
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Conduct effective induction and orientation program for new employee
• Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report them
• Manage training budget
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Manage overseas training
Requirements
• Bachelor degree from reputable university. Master degree preferable
• Male / maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field, preferably from manufacture, FMCG with size > 5000 employee
• Experience in managing end to end training and people development
• Required skills : Training management, people development
• Strong in problem solving; possess leadership traits; assertive; negotiation skill;
• Fluent in English both oral and written/good communication skill; Able to work under pressure.
