Job Description
'Resposibility of Modern Trade Sales Achivement & Profitability
Develop customer business plan for POP implementation and effective sales operation at modern trade to gain the market share
Settle the annual trading term through the business meeting with key customers.
Ensure efficient budget spending for having good profitability at modern trade
Prepare realistic modern trade sales forecast by each account & area
Collaborate closely with :
o manufacture team to ensure product availability and set the POP activity plan
o distributor team to negotiate in the modern trade
o distributor & logistic team for product allocation & to ensure the service level
Managing the administration function of modern trade business, including the payment & account receivable collection
'Understand about Key Account Management role and having at least 5 years working as Key Account Manager
Experiences in FMCG Business as KAM min 5 years.
Understand about overal business flow & Process at Modern trade business
Strongly understand about the trading term details at modern trade business
Fully Understand Minimarket & Hypermarket national chaines business ( Experiences handling both )
