Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible to support and optimize the whole JV and its functions, also dealing with industrial structure especially Fresh/Processed Food in Indonesia;
• Managing and working out the solutions for each JVs
• Reinforcing of corporate infrastructure and function enhancement
• New business development for expansion of business field
• Improvement of Access to the consumers
Marketing Project;
• Play important roles for learning Indonesian market, building networking base, developing innovative solutions for JVs to enter the right market in Indonesia
• Provide marketing support and marketing activities for the purpose of contributing JV’s business goals, includes database marketing studies to learn sales trend in market
• Reinforcing all vertical integration system stakeholders by strengthen the network with various business fields
Requirement:
• Having total experience in same field as Business Development 1-2 years
• Having strong market knowledge
• Having Experience in manufacturing company or importer (not distributor) is preferable
• Able to communicate in English fluently/business level
• Strong Leadership and capable of working under pressure and deadlines
Desired Experiences:
• Has experience in FMCG from Japanese or MNC company
Desirable Character:
• Flexible with youth, dynamic and creative atmosphere
• Speak out about their passion
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal skill, including listening, client engagement and conflict resolution, multi tasking
• Open minded and easy to adapt
• Willing to listen
