'1. Being responsible to handle all the recruitment process : placing advertisement, developing contacts with recruting sources, interviewing, managing orientation process
2. Being responsible to handle employees welfare plan
3. Being responsible to handle payroll, jamsostek, BPJS, employees' insurance and employees' income tax
4. Being in charge of employees training plan and process
5. Responsible to do the Employee training by contacting the trainer provider to match the employee development plan
[Skill/Expereince]
- Have total experience 7 - 10 year in HR, with at least 2 years of experience in Supervisor level
- Excellent knowledge in HR Policies and Procedures
- Have experience in conducting recruitment, training and education for employees
- Able to speak & Write in English
[Preferable Skill]
- Have working experience in Japanese company
- Prefer able to speak Japanese
