Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing or updating employment records related to working hours, hiring, transferring, promoting, training, etc.
- Proposing improvement HR policies and procedure to the Management and Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed and Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints
- Keeping employee’s attendance record accurately
- Conducting Performance Appraisal for salary review, bonus, etc and Preparing monthly payroll to all staffs timely
- Calculate employee’s income tax accurately and keep the record properly
- Register new employee to BPJS and ensure payment of monthly contribution timely
- Support the company recruitment activity
- Attend The company global/regional/country meeting, if any
- Manage office administration
- Manage visitor control
- Improve work environment and safety and Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Manage CSR activities
- Facilitation of communication between company and employee
- Training and education
Requirements
- Maximum 15 year in related field
- Have good understanding in the field of human resources, labor relation, development, employee benefit, and prevailing employment regulation
- Have experience in handling expatriates documentation
- English is a must (fluent in speaking, reading and writing)
