仕事詳細
Job Description
a. Daily Checking Logistics Portal status update of operational associate
b. Checking PEB, BL, & COO of operational associate
c. Control PEB final settlement from forwarder & distribute to sales as per Logistics Department standard
d. Control issuing BL from shipping line & COO base on Logistics Department standard
e. Monitor Export Shipment Instruction (ESI) submission from sales base on Logistics standard lead time
f. Monitor final document (Inv, PL) & vanning layout submission from sales as per Logistics standard lead time
g. Monitor submit data VGM to shipping line of operational associate base on Logistics Department standard
h. Prepare data for Logistics monthly report
i. Process & follow up re-import returnable case shipment
j. Checking supporting document type to issue PEB, BL, & COO & make sure 100% of accuracy
'a. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from reputable university in any field.
b. Required language(s): English
c. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
d. Required Skill(s): Logistics, Supply Chain, Export, Customs Clearance
e. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
f. Have strong logical & analytical thinking
g. Understand export-import operation in details especially for export
h. Understand problem solving analysis & proven by some implementation
i. Familiar with improvement concept & proven by sample of implementation
j. Understand clearance flow operation import & export and sound familiar with regulation
k. Nice person, have good connection with shipping line, forwarder, some source relates with customs clearance
