Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager

Job Description

' Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
 Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses
 Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
 Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
 Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
 Preparing reports by collecting sales information, analyzing, summarizing information and statistics
 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
 Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
 Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and other benefit.
 Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
 Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients by contacting by phone or by visiting

- Age 30 years old – 40 years old
- Has driving license ( Car)
- Has experience as corporate Sales, at Chemical Company (Japanese company or global company), or B to B Japanese Company or Global Company, or big local company.
- Has experience make strategic planning & control
- Has good time management by follow dead line (do all task on time)
- Good command in English
- Good communication skills
