- Having a minimum of 4-5 year experiences in HR Planning with Information System
- Have experiences in experience in HR such as: Organizational Development, Performance Management and improvement systems, Talent Development, Career & Succession Planning, Employee benefits program.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to do business process.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Have experiences in hadling automotive industry
- Good analytical thinking, strong personality, adaptable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
