Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and control sales team for After Market and OEM Business (Focusing more on OEM Business)
- Expand new markets and maintain existing
- Manage and control 6 subordinates (4 section head, 1 direct report staff and 1 indirect report staff)
- Report directly to sales and marketing business, President Director and Head quarter
Requirements
• University Degree (S1) majoring in Marketing preferable from reputable university
• Male, with age range 37 - 45 years old.
• Have a minimum of 18 years experiences in related field (4 wheels) in manufacturing industry
• Have a minimum of 8 years as Sales & Marketing Manager
• Good Analytical thinking
• Strong personality and leadership.
• Excellent English both oral or written
• Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
