Job Description
[Responsibilities]
a.Manage Export shipment operation
b.Understand & sensitive to recognize gap or abnormality of daily portal input data
c.Checking PEB, BL & COO of operational associate (Crucial content specially to detect PPA for compliance, regulation, tariff, document mistake that impact to stop customs clearance)
d.Controlling PEB final settlement from forwarder & distribution to sales as per Logistics Department standard
e.Control issuing BL from shipping line & COO base on Logistics Department standard
f.Monitor final document (Inv, PL) & vanning layout submission from sales as per Logistics Department standard lead time
g.Monitor submit data VGM to shipping line of operational associate base on Logistics Department standard
h.Prepare & analysis data for Logistics monthly report (volume, cost, document compliance, air freight form data, etc)
i.Control status re-import returnable case shipment base on RTA target release
j.Checking completeness of supporting doc to issue PEB, BL & COO & make sure 100% of accuracy

[Requirements]
a.Preferably S1 degree from reputable university (ITB, UI, ITS) of any major
b.Have experience in Logistics, customs clearance & supply chain minimum 5-7 years
c.Holding PPJK license
d.Have strong logical & analytical thinking
e.Understand COO concept (Import & Export) in details such as basic regulation G to G & Rule of Origin (ROO), Indonesia regulation & the implementation of each COO form
f.Understand Export-Import operation, Regulation, Licensing in details
g.Understand of determination HS code concept & analysis
h.Understand problem solving analysis & Improvement concept
i.Understand concept pricing of forwarder quotation & sensitive to detect un-necessary cost
j.Good in Excel (for data processing especially formula), PPT (for reporting), MS word
k.Have good connection with shipping line; forwarder; some source related to customs clearance
