Job Description
Responsibilities'- Create analysis of customer needs based on their issue
- Development of SOP for sales activity and development of business process of department
- Responsible to supervise and control each sales member in the team
- Report on progress and performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Support Purchasing Dept procurement of raw materials · inventory control, management of import and export etc.
Requirement
• Have a minimum of 15 years experiences in manufacturing industry, especially from Steel or Automotive Parts
• Have a minimum of 5 years experiences as Sales Manager position
• Good Analytical thinking
• Strong personality and leadership.
• Excellent English both oral or written
• Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
