Job Description
- Sell company products mainly through dealers
- Making connections and closing deals with dealers
- Analyze the sales progress and come up with new sales plan
- Work through sales target
- Making a sales report to the GM
- Manage the sales Team and supervise and guide the team through sales objectives
- Acting fairly to the team, as well as dealers in order to achieve the sales target
*Has experience in the similar business
*Someone who has experience as a manager particularly in sales
*Someone who has experience working under Sales Target, (particularly with big/high amount target)
*Has assigned to be in Manager position in the past job and has at least 5 years experience in the same position.
