Job Description
・Sales of cutting tools + accompanying business with trading companies (Sales and suggest new idea for cost reducing)
・Seeking costomer's special demand
・Management of sales staff (5 people) in terms of technical supervise in industrial area
・Set up sales strategy with Japanese manager
・PDCA meeting with Japanese for sales revenue and strategy
Requirements
・Ability to make good relationship with customer
・Ability to do technical supervise
・Knowledge of this business and making sales strategy
・Working experience for 5 years in cutting tools industry
・Experience that changed competitors cutting tools for reducing production cost
・Sales experience that proposed for specific tools for customer requirment
・Those who can build relationships with clients (at work)
