Job Description
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs/requirement, values, and business challenges in power generation service
- Understand customer maintenance & budget planning, cycle, and their organization
- Foster relationships with customers at all levels (station and HQ) and visit customers periodically
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of turbine, generator and control equipment to promote company's product as well as to assist in trouble-shooting and answering customer questions
- Develop and drive strategies, solutions and proposals for each opportunity for the benefits of customers with TSB technologies and solutions in considering of market competition position
- Take initiative in negotiations with the customer with agreed terms which benefit to both parties
- Attend Meetings with Customers as Representative of the Company
- Collect necessary data, info and VOC (Voice of Customer) for Service Business activities, and to forward this information to relevant persons/parties such as but not limited to management, engineers and commercial staff in the Company
- To support invoicing and payment collection from customer
- Update internal documentation, including Outage schedule, Target Projects List, Customer Profiles
- Prepare annual budget
- Review and coordinate schedule of outage works activity, internally and externally for the outage work execution
Requirements
- Mechanical background with more than 10 years in hydro power plant experience with some commercial knowledge
- Having experience working with PLN, PLN’s subsidiaries and/or IPP
- Understand detail of new technology and competitors’ products & services, solution and promotion tools
- Able to use Words, Excel, PPT effectively
- Able and willing to travel all over Indonesia
- Strong communication skills both written and oral in Indonesian language and in English
