- Handling labor union, manufacture industry, government relations (BPJS/ Indonesian Labor Ministry), Income Tax Art 21 (PPh 21)
- Creating HR strategy and planning for establishment of new factory, salary structure, HR policies and procedures, Company Regulation, etc.
- Manage recruitment, payroll, organization development, including training, HR system, performance and effectivities
- Other responsibilities as needed
・Male maximum 45 years old
・Have work experience 5 years as HR Manager in Manufacturing industry
・Have experience in handling labor union, manufacture industry, government relations (BPJS/ Indonesian Labor Ministry), Income Tax Art 21 (PPh 21)
・Have experience in Creating HR strategy and planning for establishment of new factory, salary structure, HR policies and procedures, Company Regulation, etc.
