Position: Sales Engineer - Water Treatment
Reporting Line: Manager (Japanese)
Work Location: Pondok Indah, Jakarta Selatan
<Responsibilities>
- Creating sales strategy to increase market share
- Do business development activities to expand the business and increasing clients number
- Achieving sales target
- Controlling work progress in Sales Department
- Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions with clients
- Analyzing cost and sales
- Compiling and analyzing all sales data
- Maintaining existing clients and keep building the good relationship with them for continuous order
- Able to do efficient presentation to clients in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Coordinating all sales and sales support to achieve company’s target
- Providing weekly sales report to Manager and Director
<Minimum Qualification>
- Has Experience as Sales Engineer min. 2 years selling water treatment product, preferably handling NCH product
- Persistent salesperson, target-oriented.
- Can drive yourself.
- Able to communicate in English
- Good in communication, relationship building and negotiation
- Good interpersonal skill and enjoy meeting people
- Pro-active, result oriented, high commitment, flexible to travel to meet clients
- Able to work under pressure
