Position : Sales Admin Japanese Speaker for Consumer Retail Electric Industry
Location : CIkarang
Resposibilities :
Responsible for overall sales administration function including :
• Prepare the quotation
• Help the sales to prepare SO, PO, DO, and Invoice in Mechatronics Department Sales team
• Responsible in input data and filing document
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field
• Able to speak Japanese and English
• Having good knowledge about PSI & stock management
• Good administration skill and attention to details
• Computer literate skill (Ms. Office, e-mail, etc)
• Able to work in a team work
• Will be place in Cikarang
Desirable Experiences :
• At least 1 year of working experience in the same field
• Have experience in SAP system operation
Desirable Character :
• Good attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Good analytical and solving skill
• Self motivation and want to learn new things
