[Responsibilities]
• Ensure that monthly salary is properly delivered on time for all employees
• Handle all compensation and benefit function and tasks, including PPh 21 calculation
• Manage health insurance, as well as BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Administer employee data
• Manage data becoming management information
• Exercise any alternatives of compensation and benefit design
• Others that may arise due to organization needs
[Requirement]
• Minimum 8 years in Payroll/ Compensation and Benefit function, with at least 2 years in similar level
• Effective use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good administration skill
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Have a good analytical thinking and able to make a report to the upper management
• Service oriented
• Always updating about the latest HR information from the ministry of manpower and BPJS.
