Position : Japanese Speaking Operational Assistant Manager in Trading Company
Report to : Operational Senior Manager
Work Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities :
'Assisting senior manager with planning, managing and monitoring the company’s daily operational such as :
- Managing human resources in the company.
- Assisting Marketing Division with sales and purchasing administration.
- Managing general operational, including purchasing stationaries and applying for import-related certification.
- Managing the IT system, including domain and accounting software.
- Coordinating importation with forwarders.
- Managing company’s finance, including petty cash and payment.
- Managing company’s tax administration.
Requirements :
'- Able to speak and read Japanese (JLPT level minimum N3)
- Good in spoken and written English
- Fresh graduate are welcomed
- Having HR experience is very preferable
- Eager to learn have initiative; teamwork; high sense of belonging
- max 30 years old
