Logistic Manager in Fashion Retail

Position : Logistic Manager in Fashion Retail 
Report to : Accounting & Finance Manager

Work Location: Jakarta




Responsibilities : 
'1. Creating and monitoring delivery and shipping schedule and method
2. Identify area for improvement , develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency,cost effectiveness and increase productivity
3. Prepare, monitor, control the budget
4. Monitoring and maintain inventory , stock and accuracy ( both manual and systems should be matched)
5. Manage warehouse system with high alert of safety and healthy concern
6. Analysis stock and availability , stock in days, and manage dispatching and arrival of good and storage at the warehouse
7. Manage and develop logistic team ( set objective and manage team against performance and goal)


Requirements :


* At least 5 years experience in logitic field and 2 years as Managerial Level with subordinates
* Able to communicate in English both oral and writen 
* Strong experience in Logistic, Inventory and Warehouse management, Shipping and Delivery plan
* Able to operate and work with MS. Office
* Good analytical and logical thinking
* Max. 40 years old

* Strong Leadership, firm but still mingle
* Can work in Young, dynamic and energic environment
* Not only giving command but also Hands-on
