Job description
Handle all kinds of administrative matters in a Startup company.
- (support the director for administartion duties , purchasing office necessities, daily booking, handling payments, liaise with the accounting outsourcer)
- Process incoming mail and emails sent to the customer . Draft and edit ( with japanese )
correspondence when required ( japanese or english )
- Assist in organizing agendas and client details for meetings,
- Undertake other reasonable administrative and other tasks assigned by thre management
Requirement
・ Able to speak, read, and write in English & Japanese ( N3 )
・ Willing to contribute to the growth of a new company
・ Able to deal flexibly with various matters which happen in a new company
- Have work experience min. 3 years in purchasing/export import/sales administration
- Able to work with min superivision & able to join immediately
Preferable
- Having experience in startup company
