<Job Responsibilities>
- Environmental measurement, data compilation, and analysis associated with the verification of the development of energy-saving technologies for buildings
- Coordination and cooperation with partner company
- Establishment of production process and transportation system for radiant panels and dehumidification/external conditioning equipment (new business)
- Energy conservation proposals focusing on treatment of outside air (including the site investigation (new business))
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education background related to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering
- Engineer with working experience min. 3 years
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel (data processing, graphing required), and PowerPoint are mandatory. AutoCAD or BIM skills are also required
- Graduated from engineering department, regardless of the faculty. At the time of the interview, grade report will be examined
- Submitted graduation thesis in English at university (either graduation thesis summary or explanation of the recent job description (engineering) is required)
- Able to understand the psychometric chart and calculate COP (able to calculate enthalpy of cooling dehumidification and reheating)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Engineer with job experience and knowledge of energy-saving technologies for buildings and Zero Energy Building (ZEB)
- Candidate who has JLPT N3 or higher in Japanese-language proficiency test
