Marketing Assistant Manager

[Job Description]
- To have a good relationship with the existing customers and follow-up information regarding the possibility of new customer.
- To conduct feasibility studies of customer in term of their credit worthiness
- To negotiate with customer in offeirng Company Terms and Condition when dealing with new lessee and existing lessee 
- To be responsible for all required documents for contract, that support the credit application of customers and report them to the superior person.
- To follow-up the collection process incas the customer causing any payment problem or other administrative issue.
- To prepare and submit marketing reports to the superior person.
- To make physical inspection of elased assets of lease agreements in the premises of the Lessee and make a report to the superior and the management.
- To Instruct and support marketing team (Local/Japanese customer) with every effort.
- To give resposne and follow up the work requirement and instruction which are given by supervisor and management in accomplishing duties.


[Skill and Experience]

- Have a working experince as a Marketing (from Japanese company will be advantages) minimun 5 years as an Assistant Manager
- Able to communicate in English actively


[Remuneration]

- Monthly Basic Salary
- Intelligence Allowance
