- Conducting market research to obtain property buying, selling dan rental prices and market segmentation.
- Make plans for research, strategy, project targets, and complete them according to schedule.
- Make listing submissions, check documents clients, collaborate with notaries, and become a consultant for clients.
- Conduct research on government regulations and applicable civil law.
- Doing marketing jobs to get clients, listing property, and helping transactions until completed.

・Bachelor's degree
・1 year of experience as Sales Marketing from any industry.
・Business Japanese & Conversational English proficiency.
