- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Oversee the entire recruitment process
- Implement and manage employee engagement programs and activities.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Oversee payroll processing
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Other task as assigned
・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
・Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs management
・JLPT N2 (actively can speak Japanese)
・Good communication and personality
